Tourico Holidays began strategic training sessions to help grow business

In preparation for the New Year, Ellen Forrest, North American Product Vice President, conducted a training session for her team.

Her objective was to foster teamwork and set goals that could be achieved throughout the region. Focusing on strategy as well as training, the team pulled together an action plan for 2016, leveraging individual goals for the overall growth of Tourico Holidays.

Each product manager created their own monthly rolling action plan

Each plan consisting of five key points each teammate would set as their own accomplishments.

These plans are intended to increase the scope and coverage of the North American product team, using regional data to host supplier events across the territory with a heavy focus on secondary and tertiary destinations from San Juan to San Francisco, and everything in between.
