Tourico Holidays Implements Emergency Protocols during Hurricane Irma


Due to the impending impact of Hurricane Irma, effective immediately, Tourico Holidays Operations Headquarters has begun to implement emergency protocols. Due to this we will only be able to service limited emergency cases through Tuesday September 12, 2017

This includes emergency support phone numbers that will only be available in the event of a complete contact center outage, as a “last resort”, meaning it is important to use your regular support phone number first and then access the below only if the connection fails.  

The following phone numbers are for emergencies only. During normal operations, these phone lines will not be monitored.



Please note that our reservations department will make its best attempt to remain open, however, with a very limited staff. You may experience longer than normal hold times.

For all non-emergency situations, please submit your request via and we will reply to all inquiries as soon as possible. Our ticketing system will continue to function regardless of contact center outages.

Tourico Holidays' primary concern is the safety and well-being of your guests and our team members; therefore, we are working around the clock to assist with reservation related issues to ensure their comfort and ease during this time.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further emergency communication in the following days.
